About Dr. Diallo Brown:
Bio Synopsis:
Dr. Diallo Brown is a school administrator, author, podcast host and advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion in all academic settings. His skill set reaches past traditional school building management. Being very fortunate to have harnessed the experiences of grant writing, management of 'at risk' youth programs, public and private alternative school administration, college faculty, authoring published materials, and the common sense approach to building and unifying staff, his insights are a MUST for 21st century success across all learning platforms.
Education Synopsis
Dr. Diallo Brown has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and an Educational Specialist degree from National Louis University as well as a Masters of Education from American University and a Master of Science in Speech Communication from Southern Illinois University. His undergraduate degree is in Organizational Communications and also from Southern Illinois University.
During the course of Dr. Brown's career, he has worked as both a teacher and administrator in the US public and private school setting.
Dr. Brown's passion is working with school districts in excelling the disenfranchised student and with public and private organizations in the areas of tailor made cooperative training.
Educational Management Philosophy:
Being an educational leader doesn't always mean being the 'smartest' educator in the room. More times than not, it involves developing capacity in others so that they can gain the confidence to become culturally proficient, engaging, and relevant for their area of interest.
